2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the online store Galbeas.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Product Information
All products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for reference only and actual products may vary slightly in color and details.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in CZK.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The following payment methods are accepted:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
Other payment methods available through Stripe (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), depending on the customer's device and location.
Payments are processed at the time of order confirmation.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Order confirmation and tracking
Once the purchase is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
When the order is handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive the tracking number, allowing them to monitor the shipment at any time.
Shipping regions
At present, deliveries are available only within the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
The seller reserves the right to expand shipping to additional countries in the future. In such cases, the general conditions set out in this section will also apply, unless stated otherwise during the checkout process.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Czech Republic: 24–72 hours (depending on the destination)
Slovakia: 2–4 business days
Other European countries (if enabled in the future): 2–5 business days
Delays may occur due to logistical processes of the carrier, weather conditions, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been handed over.
Refunds of shipping costs will not be provided for delays that are within a reasonable timeframe and caused by standard logistical processes of the carrier.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Address Modifications
Customers may request a modification to the shipping address only if the order has not yet been processed, and the shipping label has not been created.
Once the order has been prepared for shipment and the shipping label has been issued, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the package was not collected, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
We strongly recommend reviewing all shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
Inspection upon delivery
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the parcel upon delivery.
If the package or product shows visible damage, the customer must notify the seller without undue delay and, in any case, within 48 hours of delivery, providing supporting evidence (such as photos or videos if requested).
This 48-hour period applies specifically to transport-related damages (e.g., product received damaged). Claims reported after this period may be refused.
Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in the rejection of claims related to transport damage.
Delivery completion
The order is considered delivered when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes possession of the goods at the delivery address or another agreed location.
If the customer fails to accept delivery, is unavailable, provides incorrect delivery information, or does not collect the parcel from the designated pickup point within the specified timeframe, the order will be considered undelivered due to the customer’s responsibility.
In such cases, shipping costs will not be refunded.
The carrier is not obliged to contact the customer by phone prior to delivery. All relevant delivery information, including status updates and expected delivery times, is provided through the tracking number shared with the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment using this tracking information
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller within this 14-day period.
Returns will only be accepted if:
-The request is made to the seller within the legal withdrawal period
-The product is unused, in perfect condition, and returned with its original packaging and all accessories
-The product is properly packed for return shipment
T-he return shipping label is not placed directly on the original product box; otherwise, the return may be rejected
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
If the return request is made after the withdrawal period, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
The refund will be made after the seller checked that it is received in the same condition that it was sent. If the product shows signs of bad condition, the seller reserves the right not to refund. If a customer claims that a product was delivered damaged or defective, it will only be accepted if it was notify according the stated in the point 5 of this document.
Please note that the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Exchanges (Size Change)
The first size exchange is offered free of charge for deliveries within the Czech Republic. This means that the seller will cover the shipping costs associated with the first exchange.
The exercise the right of size change, the customer must notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods. If the request is made after the 14 days period, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return.
For orders delivered outside the Czech Republic, all shipping costs related to exchanges must be covered by the customer.
The new size will only be shipped once the original product has been received and checked by the seller.
If, after a size exchange has been completed, the customer decides to return the product, the seller reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs incurred for the exchange from the refund amount.
Order Cancellation Policy
Customers may request a cancellation of their order free of charge only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible free of charge.
In such cases, the customer may still exercise their right of withdrawal after receiving the order. However:
-Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item (even if they refuse the delivery to the carrier).
7. Warranty
All products are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults. It does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use.
The seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the product.
Claims will be processed within 30 days.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any complaint, customers are encouraged to contact us at: clients@galbeas.com
If the dispute cannot be resolved directly, the customer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), which is the competent body for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution in the Czech Republic.

Minor delays of a few additional days may occur due to standard carrier operations and do not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

The refund will be made after the seller checked that it is received in the same condition that it was sent. If the product shows signs of bad condition, the seller reserves the right not to refund. If a customer claims that a product was delivered damaged or defective, it will only be accepted if it was notify according the stated in the point 5 of this document.

7. Warranty
